"Take your time on the markout. If anything looks off, flag it before any digging starts. Better to call than to cut a line."
- 1Confirm utility markout flags are visible at trench corners.
- 2Walk the trench line — note any new pavement cracks or surface deviations.
- 3Photograph the markout from both directions (north and south).
- 4Confirm crew has PPE on before any tools come out.
- 5Once verified, capture work proof and submit to Frank R.
